Memorial Day

This is the day Memorial Day if it wasn't for my working wife then I might not have known. As a postal supervisor one is suppose to know about this but I never was a postal supervisor. My opinion is based on my life as I know it and I know I'm retired from the Postal Service for six years now there is no holiday for me everyday is a holiday. What is so wrong with that?

This head is a self portrait I drew of myself superimposed on to the body of a surfer who looks like he knows what he is doing. This surf is a very dangerous surf known as the Banzai Pipeline only a very elite number of surfers can surf this wave and as one who dreams wild eyed dreams or the impossible dreams I am here for you so that we may both do what is impossible. Together you and I will take part in an impossible dream. But don't go out on your own this is extremely dangerous do not do this at home or anywhere just merely dream along with me and ride the waves to the highway to heaven. Everyone be safe there is no need to be sorry. My cousin lives out in Hawaii for decades now and he explained to me in person how these elite surfers ride. I've spoken to KGO radio talk show host Christine Craft on a number of occasions who rode the waves to be sure so you and I let's go surfing just grab a woody.....

When I get tired of looking at my pictures I put them away only to break them out again when I'm older and grey and then I've got something to say like hey that looks great it just made my day and no I never surfed out on the bay don't bother with me now because you see I'm on my way!
