Joe Montana
He was the one of the greatest football players to have ever played the game. It never takes a genius to make that statement. Most Joe Blows who follow football could tell you that. No I'm not going to bore the general audience with statistics and numbers nor dates. I know nothing about football and when I entered the locker room where I worked the guys would scatter when they saw me I was so illiterate when it came to that sport. But they took my call when I called in a talk show to talk to the great quarterback perhaps of the twentieth century Joe Montana to talk football at least what little I knew of the game. And did he run? Yes he did on the football field lateral in fact to the side lines as he rolled out to pitch the football okay okay to pass the football to his receivers. But he didn't run away from me when I called in to talk to him the guest speaker on KGO radio 810 at least not for the first few minutes on the air. In fact there were two times I met him on the air as a caller and he the guest speaker. I can milk this story for a long while. Don't go away I will cover this story for the rest of this blog this journal and that could be perhaps a long long time from now.
