Gold Standard

I believe an artist can view a photograph look at it study it and from that image draw from it and produce an enhanced image worth a multitude times more in value be it monetary or personal worth I've seen the works and the drawings of the century greats namely yes say it all together Pablo Picasso and Van Gogh a few among the many great artists. Is this merely an opinion of mine or a fact? I've got news for you.
