Pablo Picasso

He is the gold standard the God of art in the Western World among Van Gogh and Rembrandt I don't know enough about art but I am learning and studying art work and those who can command sums of money for what I think is over priced since so many other artists are as good if not better. True just because someone doesn't like Van Gogh and his drawings doesn't mean his works isn't any good but the dollar amount for his drawings do speak in volume. You'd think maybe the likes of any other artist or maybe even me(I'm not an artist) would qualify to be the next one in line for a pay day but no unfortunately it doesn't work out this way but only in our dreams. My name in Wikipedia with the first and last name spelled correctly or whatever my pen name happens to be then would just maybe identify me as being an artist. What matters is that most of the drawings I draw I like as well as others who have come to view what I have drawn. Isn't this the important part of art? That it is appreciated? I myself must be fascinated with the subject matter at hand before I can draw any picture with heart and soul and design. A marble chess board and marble chess pieces I possess is a work of art but not a picture I would draw. The feeling just has to be there for me to do a drawing. Can I do it? That is the question. I cruise my mind for what is good for me to draw.
